We need to have a current volunteer registration on file each year.  As in the past, at least eight

hours of time is required in order to obtain a festival pass.  If there is more than one volunteer

in your household, please submit separate forms.  This year we request you check in 15 minutes

before your shift and get your vest.  The vest must be returned promptly after each shift.  An

organizational meeting will be held this spring, details will follow.

In order to run things as smooth as possible, please provide us with any suggestions you have
