RATE INFORMATION

Rates at Sunrise are per person / per night and include three meals a day and use of the grounds and activities.  All rates are plus 9% CT taxes.

Rates are based on at least 2 guests per room (at least one of which an adult) and range from $105 to $125.

Children 14 and under receive 1/3 off the adult rate.  Children 4 and under receive 2/3 off the adult rate.  For example, at the motel rate of $125, a child aged 14 and under pays only $83.25 per night.  A child 4 and under pays only $41.67.

There is a Single Occupancy Charge of $15 per night

If you stay for seven nights, you only pay for five.  For example, a motel costs $125 per adult per night.  If you stay for seven nights, you pay only $625 per adult     ($125 * 5).   

If you stay for five nights, you pay for only four. 

The only additional charges once you are here are:

-  Gratuities for Wait Staff and Housekeeping

-  Miniature Golf ($2)

- Small Material Fees for Arts & Crafts

- Occasional outside concessions

Below is a brief description of Sunrise's lodging areas and rooms. Our rooms aren't fancy, but they are well kept and have a classic New England style.  For assistance in finding the room that fits your family best, please feel free to call us at 800-225-9033!

Area A - Waterfront

Price ranges from $105 to $125

The $125 rate is for the renovated rooms with full baths.

The $105 rate is for the older "rustic style" rooms with stall showers

Area B - RV / Camping Sites

Price is $70

You bring your own equipment/RV, we provide water, electric, showers, and a dumping station.

Area C - Rustics

Price is $105

These 1 double bed rooms have stall showers and are ideal for single travelers or couples

Area D - Single Cabins

Price is $115

These rooms are private structures with stall showers.  Most have 2 double beds.

Area E - Folly Area

  Price ranges from $105 to $115

The $115 rate is for the Folly building and has a stall shower and 2 doubles in each room.  They have connecting doors to adjoin rooms.

 The $105 rate is for the buildings surrounding the Folly and have stall showers with 1 double and 1 single bed.  They also can adjoin.

Area F - Cabanas

Price is $125

Located on or by the pool, these rooms have 2 double beds and a full bath.  A majority of these rooms can adjoin.

Area G - Motels

Price is $125

Most of these rooms have 2 double beds and a full bath.  They can connect 5 rooms in a row.  There are also 8 rooms with a stall shower, 2 doubles and 1 single bed.

Area H - Echo Village

Price is $105

There are three 4 bedroom cottages and 2 studio style cabins all with stall shower.  This area is ideal for large families.

Area W - White House

Price is $105

This building has four 2-bedroom units.  All rooms have stall showers.  Ideal for up to four families traveling together.
